Hello, I'm Lisa Kulberg, founder of Moonlight Vitality.

Located in the Pacific Northwest between Seattle and Portland, Moonlight Vitality was created from a passion for self-discovery, personal growth, and helping others reconnect with who they truly are.

My work focuses on Coaching with Human Design, supporting individuals in gaining clarity, building self-trust, and creating lives that feel more aligned with their natural rhythm. Human Design offers practical insight into how you're uniquely designed to make decisions, use your energy, and navigate life with greater confidence and ease.

I also incorporate Holy Fire® Reiki, a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. Together, Human Design and Reiki provide both insight and experience—helping you better understand yourself while creating space for healing and growth.

My approach is informed by years of studying personal development, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness systems, along with multiple coaching and energy healing certifications. I have completed foundational Human Design coursework through the International Human Design School and continue my studies as I deepen my understanding of the system and my ability to support others through their own journey of discovery.

I don't believe you're broken or need fixing. I believe much of what you're seeking is already within you. Sometimes we simply need support, perspective, and a safe space to remember who we are beneath the conditioning and expectations of everyday life.
